mixed feelings ABOUT my stay
small menu tired looking bathroom
the breakfast selection was vast and acceptable.
The toilet was EXTREMELY claustrophobic. It resembled something from a back street pub. the bathroom was also very tired LOOKING. i found the small uninspiring menu in soapy joes disappointing for an evening meal, and was surprised that the restaurant was closed.

I found the location very useful. It was close to transportation options. the room size was good, giving me sufficient space. breakfast was a highlight, providing many choices to start my day.
the lift was really slow, i noticed it was often very busy at peak times. my room was a bit uninspiring and needed some updating. i also found the pillows uncomfortable causing sleep problems.

The breakfast selection seemed adequate. I could even find some pastries I deemed acceptable.
The room supposedly had air conditioning, but it was more like a suggestion. I did not find it helpful. It was disruptive. I was considering requesting a room change, but I decided against it.

Inconsistent Experience at City Center Hotel
ineffective system uncomfortable pillows
The room initially was clean. I soon discovered the air cooling system was ineffective (I expected better climate control). The pillows were also rather uncomfortable. They retained heat, made sleeping difficult. These small issues detracted from the overall stay. I noticed noise from the street. This made it hard to relax.
